Recently, some FCC documents showed a version of this mobile phone which showed an AT&T logo. The details for this mobile phone was officially released in March and a Q3 release for the US was expected. The FCC documents reveal that the Nokia 6650 may soon be coming to AT&T stores.

Let's take a look at the details for this upcoming AT&T mobile phone. The US version of the Nokia 6650 will bolster the AT&T 3G lineup that boasts of high end phones. The 6650 will offer HSDPA data speeds via AT&T's 3G network.

The Nokia press release for this phone describes it as "designed for recyclability." This means that the components used to manufacture the Nokia 6650 can be easily broken down and recycled.

A quick look at this flip phone reminds me of the Motorola RAZR series of thin clamshell mobile phones. The 6650 also presents a thin body and a flat keypad. There's also the "kick" under the number keys that are the trademark of Motorola's popular slim handsets. Well, the design is very popular so I can understand why Nokia used it for the 6650. This phone also has a cool stainless steel cover.

The Nokia 6650 has a 2 megapixel camera with flash. It runs on the latest version of S60: 3rd Edition, Feature Pack 2. It has dual displays, a a small external display with dedicated media keys and a larger QVGA main display.
